Mushroom, Cheese, and Green Pepper Omelette (Cycle 1)
Mushroom, cheese, and green pepper omelette (Cycle 1).
½ cup chopped mushrooms
Pour the oil in a skillet. Fry the mushrooms, green pepper and onions. Whisk the eggs together and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Add the cheddar cheese to the skillet. Pour the egg mixture over the mushrooms, green pepper and onions and cheddar cheese. Fry the omelette for a few minutes before flipping it over over. It may break. Love this recipe. I feel that I have had a substantial breakfast every morning. Hope you like this as much as I do.
