1 lb. ground turkey
1 TBS. italian sausage seasoning
29 oz can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup diced green peppers
1 cup fresh mushrooms
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. italian seasoning
1 tbs.olive oil
Green beans or spagetti squash
ff parmesan cheese
Mix ground turkey with italian sausage seasoning. Cook turkey and drain off any fat. Cook onions, green pepper, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add tomatoes, italian seasoning and turkey and heat for about 5 minutes. Serve over cooked green beans in cycle 1 or spagetti squash in other cycles. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. I usually get about 3 servings out of this for myself and you can serve it to your family over hot pasta.
