1 package of ground chicken ( I find not as dry as turkey)
1 6-9oz package of fresh baby spinach
1/2c chopped roasted tomatoes
3 cloves of crushed garlic
1/2c chopped sweet onion
1/4-1/2c Fat Free feta cheese
cracked pepper to taste
spray pan with cooking spray. Place ground chicken in bowl (set-aside)Saute Spinach when cooked take out, chop and put in bowl. Saute onion and garlic. Add to bowl with chicken and spinach I do try to let cool a minute before mixing in. Then add the roasted tomatoes and pepper. When mixed thoroughly I add Feta. I make small patties and saute. Yum Yum. I eat and put rest in refridgerator and if I get hungry I will eat one or 2! Hope you enjoy as much as I do. The roasted tomatoes I buy in My supermarket salad bar they are marinated but I drain them. If I had my oil for the day I rinse if I haven’t I use as is drained. You could substitute sundried tomatoes also.
