I make a wicked turkey hash that tastes great:
1 lb ground turkey
1tbsp olive oil
1 tsp. Bay Seasonings
1 ts garlic powder
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayanne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
All the following diced fine:
1Green pepper
1large carrot
1 cup cabbage
2 broccoli stalks (only the stalks – peeled)
1 parsnip
1 medium red onion
2 stalks of celery
1 cup fat free chicken broth
In a large sauce pan – sautee the turkey in olive oil and Bay seasoning until done
Add all the vegitables and remaining spices. Stir until heated through. Add chicken broth, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Serve over cauli mash.
*You can also add diced tomatoes and Mrs. Dash Italian for a slight variation
