Has anyone eaten cod on the 1st cycle?
HAHA…just posted the same question…for any cycle. I love it, but don’t see it in the book…HELP SOMEONE!!!
I ate it and lost 10 pounds during cycle one. Sometimes you just have to make an executive descision! LOL!
I’ve eaten Cod and Haddock – both wild caught white fish. They both seem low fat. I did still lose weight but it doesn’t mention anything about these fish in the book. Is there some reason they aren’t on the protein list for ANY of the cycles??
