I will be juicing vegetables and fruits (more vegetables than fruits) I am doing this to lose weight, also doing to do detox and heal my body. I have started juicing this month and will mostly be juicing until just before I run a half marathon April 29th!  I juiced back in November and had lost some weight, I look forward to losing the rest of the weight I need to get off!

Yes it’s true that having juice keep our body fit and healthy. I don’t take so much due to lack of time but avoid to take powder juice. When ever possible i use juicer. By this way i get always fresh one. But you can’t take juice in full day, lack of fibers in body also creates problems.

I am agree, some specific fruit juices can be really helpful to reduce our weight and grape fruit is one of them. I personaly use lemon juice daily to keep my body fit and fat free. Lemon is really great and its result can be very interesting if you use it after getting up in the morning.

According to The Doctors it is better to eat your fruit than drink it.  If you are juicing and removing the pulp you are getting the fructose without the fibre.  This gives you a sugar hit that you would not get when consuming the fruit with the pulp and the juice at the same time.

I would say switch from juicing to smoothies.  With this you blend the whole fruit.  I  have had smoothies every week if not more and have gone down every week instead of up.  Whereas a thickshake put me up 2 kg (4.40925 pounds)  and took me 3 weeks to get it off.
