I am shocked with some of the stories I hear and read here….my best friend suffers of migraines since the age of 7. She has tried everything…she even has traveled to other countries to see if they can help her at least alleviate the pain, but no luck…. She has a migraine everyday and I mean everyday, she wakes up and goes to bed with a headache  and about 4 years ago she was disabled….she is 36years old….sometimes I visit her and she looks like a zombie.  She is treated at the Mayo Clinic and her neurologist was the one that made her apply for disability.  I think that out of the 30 days of the month, she has about 3 days that her migraine is manageable, still has pain but she can handle it…she calls her time Migraine Time….now I’m noticing that she is loosing her memory, this is very scary…I have been emailing every talk show out there to see if she can get help, but nothing.  I couldn’t even imaging what she goes through everyday…not being able to enjoy life to the fullest….I am recording the show for her, and I’m going to convince her to watch it…she hates seeing shows like this, she says that no one knows what it feels like to live with a migraine and not have one day of being pain free!!!
