I suffer with a gluteous muscle tear, it is very painful and inhibits me in my activities.  Injections of steroids do not seem to help.  Is there a surgical procedure for this…or what can I do.  I also take vicodin but does not help anymore then otc products.  I am at my wits end.  I am an older woman but still active and healthy, but this situation keeps me sitting a lot.
