Here is some tips by which we can prevent Heart Disease. Hope it helps to all.

1. Have your blood pressure checked occasionally.

2. Eat less cholesterol, Trans and saturated fats.

3. Eat less meat.

4. Exercise regularly.

5. If you are female,treat hormonal problems. 

6. Avoid or treat gum disease.

7. Stay at your healthy weight, or lose weight if you need to in order to be healthy. 

8. Avoid excess stress.

9. Avoid tobacco smoking and places where Environmental Tobacco Smoke is present.

10. Stay drug and alcohol free.

11. Get some sleep.

Breathing exercise is good for keep your heart  heathy.  Stress is main causes of high blood pressure. Thanks for tips.

To prevent the heart disease the cardio exercises are more effective tools.

These cardio exercise burn the extra fat in body and keep the heart heal and healthy.

Along with these cardio exercises I also take fresh fruits and vegetables diet.

Take fish , fish oil, and green tea for the healthy heart.

Do some regular exercises at least for 15 minutes, playing, running , washing cloths, gardening all physical activities helps in health improvement of heart, Besides that one should limit intake of sodium, cholestrol and fat.  Eat more foods that are rich in omega-3, maintain salt intake of not more than 2.4 grams per day, Eat more onions it can also lower cholesterol and prevent arteriosclerosis but it should not be more than 50 grams a day,  Chili powder also have benefits for heart.

To control the heart diseases you should:

Avoid all fats, fast foods, and junk foods.

Do some cardio exercises.

Take more fresh fruits and raw vegetables.

Take green tea.

By following these steps when can git rid of diseases related with heart.Controlling diet is also very important for making your self.Oily food is also very dangerous for heart.
