Having a good sleep is necessary for our health. I want to suggest a few activities which are helpful for a good sleep. First, there should be a gap of at least 2 hours between dinner and sleep. Do exercise after dinner and before going to bed wash your face and specially feet. |

Also: a) Make sure your room is pitch black, especially NO blue lights from alarm clock or cell phone, etc (blue lights decreases your natural melatonin “sleep hormone” production). b) Don’t drink caffeine in the afternoon or evening. c) Be careful not to nap too long, if you must nap at all. d) To not have the need to nap and overdo it, eat a light lunch with no sweets. We sleep about one third of our day, according to a research a person should sleep for at least 7-8 hours a day, sleeping is necessary to keep our health ok, and during sleep most of the important body’s metabolism happens, for a good sleep one must have a comfortable and smooth bed, an optimum temperature, should keep the sleeping from light hindrance, should have a proper time set for sleeping and awaking. |

i have suffered from sleep deprivation for the last 8 months, i tried diazepam for a week but didn’t help. male drugs |

I suffer from major Insomnia and I do not have a regular bedtime at all which I should and I stay up past 10 Pm., and I need to try to go to bed at night and not stay up also I sleep in sometimes well alot til almost noon. My doctor has me on rozeram 8 mg., and on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at night I take Unisom which does help me sleep and stay asleep. |
