What do I think?  I agree with Dr. Lisa, it doesn’t actually do what the creators want, it will cause more  pregnacys not solve problems.  What the authors of the bill should have done is: If you father a child, and do not take responsibilty, do not pay support, do not show up for the 2am feeding you are having a vasectomy.  If a women has to have a baby and all the body changes and morning sickness that goes with it, then the father needs to share some of the pain.
