What do you think is better!?

The surgical procedure to reduce to lose that extra fat in the belly!? or the natural weight loss programs I mean (exercise, food supplements, yummy shakes, etc just non-surgical treatment)?

I think, both would be really effective, but the problem is we can’t just afford to go for it!!!

What do you think!??

I think the natural weight loss programs are better.  Those who get the surgical procedure … it may help also, but it comes with complications (surgery in itself is risky, dumping syndrome, B12 deficiency, ETC — a lot more problems).  Not everyone has complications, but there is always a risk.

Even with the surgical appraoch there HAS to be a lifestyle change for it to be effective.  I was discussing this with my wound care tech last summer and she said that at that hospital they have found that most of the patients that do choose that route DO NOT loose the weight and those that do gain it back fairly quickly.

LIFE STYLE CHANGE IS REQUIRED TO LOOSE WEIGHT!

A lot of people mistakenly think that a surgical procedure will miraculously get rid of fat, but that’s not true. While it does give you an advantage you still have to maintain a healthy diet post-surgery and there are lifestyle changes that you need to be prepared for. I think a natural weight loss program is better any day to surgery. Some people find it easy to follow a diet plan; but others just can’t. I know I have a problem restricting my diet and work well with a program that offers coaching and keeps me accountable on a daily basis. Has anyone here heard of the Dukan diet? I’m reading about it now. It’s a four phase diet plan. The first two stages help you lose weight; and the last two help you keep it off. The good thing about it is that you can eat all you want from a list of over 100 natural foods! Like I said – I don’t do too well with restrictions so I’m thinking of giving this one a try. Just wondered if anybody else has tried it?

I also think that the non surgical weight loss programs are much effective than the surgical one. It won’t result any side effects in your future. It is reasonable too. These weight loss programs not only help you lose weight, but it can help you overcome emotional and psychological issues resulting in enhanced self-confidence and sense of well-being.
