Today I had a light breakfast of egg whites, and turkey sausage and peaches. Lunch was not tastey at all. I tried for the first time a veggie burger. It sounded great but did not peak my interest enough to give it another try in the furture. I ended up putting ketchup on it. I ate most of it but it was hard. I had some pineapple and some yogurt to round it out. However, I was so disappointed, I ate 10 or so french fries. I think this is what they call self sabotage. Man I really have to try not to do that.

Try buying ground turkey that comes seasoned with Italian spices. Fry them in a bit of olive oil and they taste like you are eating Italian sausage. They are really delicious! You can also make meatballs out of them and serve with marinara sauce. Good luck - don't give up. I'm still in Cycle One and lost 6 lbs in 4 days and that's with no exercise. I found the video difficult to follow.
