Mary's Story

My husband never listens to anything I say about his health. Living in the midwest, we get alot of cloudy days with no sun. He was laying in his recliner sleeping more and more. And he seemed depressed for no reason. I watch your show everyday and he happened to watch it with me one day. He learned about SAD and the symptoms and realized that he may be suffering from it. I finally have been getting him outside on the sunny days to take a walk with me and he doesn't balk when I give him vitamin D supplements. Even though he gave The Doctors credit for what I've been trying to tell him, he finally listened. So I want to thank you so much for reaching him.
