The past few weeks have been so crazy in my and my Husband's life first off we moved out of our house and moved in with my folks to help take care of my dad who has severe COPD and A-fib he is on short term disabily working on going on full term disability. Their are days when he can do alot of things and other days he can't do anything due to not being able to breathe but with what he has thats normal. Between that and Relatives being in the Hospital I just had a uncle by marrage get out of the Hospital with Heart trouble my aunt by blood was in a few weeks ago for heart trouble " but everyone is home my Aunt is recovering my Uncle has a different problem so things are still up in the air with him.
Since I moved in with my folks I am the offical cook during the week weekends mom cooks. Keep the house clean take care of the guys basicaly doing the jobs I am supposed to do as a Housewife I take care of our pets and help mom and dad withthe dog . so thats why I have been gone for so long Kaos has finaly calmed down net is fixed.
Sorry if I am all over the place I have my bi-polar under control but I have manic moments thats what I am having right now trying to calm down long enough to get a decent thought to finish this I will talk at ya all later.

Hope your aunt and especially uncle get well soon. I've had fast heartbeat/arrythmia on and off my whole life...cardiologists have said I don't have the major valve problems that others do with arrythmias, that mine seems harmless. I notice if I eat/drink foods with lots of potassium and magnesium, I'm fine, oh yeah, staying away from caffiene helps, too.
Not related to this post...BUT... Just saw that you blogged a lot about carpal tunnel syndrome/surgery...I want to write a blog about my experience with tarsal tunnel syndrome...no time today though...a short version to you for now: left foot/ankle pain, they didn't know what it was in my early 20s, wrong diagnosis, went thru hell, in my mid 20s--a BETTER doctor said I have tarsal tunnel syndrome, got 1 steroid injection, got on strong meds for a while, said I might need surgery but I procrastinated...then saw new doc in late 20s, he made me custom made orthotics...I put them on and cried...my foot finally felt better. (I also stopped driving stick shifts! That helped too)
