I am sp tired today I swear its been run Run Run this weekedn but its been a fun weekend. Today I am so tired that I had a narcoelepsy attact in a Menards thanks god i was in a wheel chair even though I despise the darn thing their are times whenits not so bad. Iam sotired right now I can't think but its only 8pm so I am gonna make myself stay up a little longer  Ihate days like this their has got to be more to it than just Narcoelepsy but thats the only thing I can think of. But I have lost weight not sure how I did it but Iam down to 208 now I just hope it stays down like that that would be so cool. well I am gonna get of here later.
