I am 48 years old, I have never been married and finally met the man of my dreams and we just got engaged.  I have always been a slim person, but menopause is reaking havic on my body and weight.  I was 10 lbs over my ideal weight it came on over the last year and now suddenly again another 10 lbs.  I don't want to be a old fat bride!  I have pushed back my wedding date for over a year.  I want to give myself a chance to get rid of this weight!   What do I love about life?  I love to live and love to ride my motorcycle.  I have an annual motorcycle ride HOGS FOR DOGS that I put together every year that benefits a No-klll animal shelter.
