DAY 2: 1/7/2011 I say it's day 2. I guess that's not entirely true. It is day 2 of my change of mindset. Day 2 of getting real. Day 2 of really taking a good look at what is happening to me. I'm waiting for the book to arrive. It's probably going to take 2 weeks and during that time, I have the opportunity to disect my life, my mind, my reasons for not doing anything...
I am all my kids have. It's time to get real.

DAY 1 1/6/11: Last week I felt like I was lighter, although I have done nothing to feel that way. I didn't want to be disappointed so I chose not to get on the scale. My curiosity finally got the best of me and 2 days ago, I made that step. I lost 12 pounds! What?! Again, I did NOTHING to get that way. This motivated me to keep it going. What a huge kick...
