Jennifer Gordy ok heres what i think on counting calories, yes when i frst started out on trying to loos waight i was counting calories and yes i was loosing waight but i also ended up in the hospitl and the reson is bye eating what ever i wanted but just lower portions i still got sick , it wasnt the right kinds of freash foods like vegs and chicken exra....the ez qick food that most people bye comes with a conseence. and it is prossas food with the bad fat in it like a lot of soy producks in it and it makes you keep the fat on and not e noff of nutrince in the food so when you lower you calories on the wrong food you'll just feel sick all the time , trust me i know frst hand. your gonna want to eat the fresh heathy foods and stay away from food thats in a boxs or a bag. its bad. eat wrong and have no energy, eat right and live longer fully interjize. i went in to eating right and drinking nothng but water just so i can stay out of the hospitl and bed, you are what you eat. and again i can't spell im hangycaped.
