I have a skin infection under my breast and my doctor gave me a antibotics to try for 5 days. I have just one more pills to take. I could see little bit difference but not much.
I just want to know if i should see my doctor again. he did told me it doesn't get better he told me to come back to see him but i'm not really sure. the medication does makes me mild headache side effects but it's not too bad.
I'm also putting a warm cloth on the infection. I would probably call my doctor but they always say you have to see a doctor.
it's not easy leaving a message because all they say is you have to come in so that the doctor can take a look. it is so frustrating. I'll have to wait and see what happens.
If it doesn't get better i'll have to see my doctor. it's hard to see my doctor because he's not there all the time.
does anyone had this problem before?

I THINK YOU BETTER GO TO A CANCER DOCTOR, THEY KNOW MORE ABOUT OUR BREAST THEN OUR REGULAR DOCTORS DO. I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT, BEEN THERE DONE THAT. DON'T WAIT THAT IS NOTHING TO PLAY AROUND WITH, MANY DON'T KNOW THEY EVEN KNOW THIS OR EVEN WANNA KNOW IT MIGHT NOT BE ANYTHING MAJOR BUT PLEASE DON'T WAIT TO LONG. OR IF YOU WANT ANOTHER OPION ASK THE NURSE PATNITIONER THEY KNOW ALOT MORE THEN WE THINK THEY DO. GOOD LUCK.

Juli, call and see if the dr can make a recommendation. If not, schedule an appointment, tell them it is for a follow upa nd mention the side effects. You may just need a different anti-biotic, or there may be something topical you can try. Most important, don't panic! Good luck and keep us posted. Bobbie
