I never been to gynencologist and i'm 27 years old already and i'm not sexually active. do you think my doctor is right that i don't need to see the gynecologist?
I'm on birth control pills because of my heavy period but since my headache is getting worse, my doctor doesn't want me to take it but he told me try taking one more week and see.

IMO, I think you should see one, seeing you are 27 and are on birth control pills.

A gynocologist can do pap smears and pelvic exams to see if you have any infections down there or cancers! cervical, ovarian, etc.
Headaches/migranes can be caused by many other things...tension in the neck, certain foods can trigger migranes...never heard of birth control pills causing headaches/migranes...are all of your numbers good when you got your recent blood test? electrolyte levels okay? iron levels?
