Vitamins

I was searching online and i came across reading about the vitamins and also how to test it. it said put the vitamins in the water and wait for 30 minutes to dissolve. if it doesn't dissolve in 30 minutes it's no good. so, i decided to test my vitamins and my parents. i recently got a COQ10 online because it was on sale and when i was testing it out, i was suprise to see that it did not dissolve at all. i was very dissapointed. all other vitamins that we have dissolve so that's good news. since, i can't return the vitamin, my mom told me to take out the capsules and take it. i was taking nature made vitamins before but the coq10 was so expensive to buy but i trust that brand because i test it out. I learned something new today. recently, i switched to another brand called vitafusion. it's a chewable gummy for adults. it taste so good. people who don't know this should definately try it. all you do is put the vitamins in the water and wait for 30 minutes and if it doesn't dissolve than it's no good.

i'm so glad i know what to do now.

I've heard this too but put it in vinegar not water.  I think they both work.

I would like to add that to make the water test more fair...you need to test your supplements in water mixed with a mild acid..like apple cider vinegar.  Our stomachs contain more than just water and it is constantly churning and twisting what is in there...try that with your co q-10...

I'm glad the vinegar worked!

I have never heard of that. Should the water be warm or cold? I would think that would make a difference in the time it would take to disolve.  I usually open the capsules and pour the vitamin powder plus all our herbal supplements, ginger, flaxseed oil, and other goodies into my freshly made juices.  Seems to be working like a charm for me and my family.
