Middle aged married with no children. Meniscus tear and surgery in 2004 stopped me from running regularly for more than 3 years. Just started back trying to run 3 miles 2-3 days a week and run/walk 5 miles on Saturdays. Still have knee issues with the injured knee, but I use an Ace knee sleeve when I run for support and rub on Ben Gay or other such products before I go out. Would like to run more and start on a weight lifting routine but am a social exerciser and have a hard time doing it by myself. Find either I don't do it or cut the workout short.
