What day is it?.. oh, apparently it's Day 12, Cycle 3

Yikes... Day 12 of Cycle 3... shouldn't I have lost something by now?? Well, no. Since I keep cheating. I'm exercising daily and trying to keep snacking down. Cycle 2, Day 16 (The End is near!!!)

This is crazy... time has flown by on this diet. I'm one day away from Cycle 3 and I'm actually nervous. It was so much easier just removing carbs from my diet, but introducing them certainly makes it harder to drop the weight.
