Yikes... Day 12 of Cycle 3... shouldn't I have lost something by now?? Well, no. Since I keep cheating. I'm exercising daily and trying to keep snacking down. Unfortunately, I just came back from vacation, where spaghetti, ice cream, and lying around happened too often.
Here's my issue... I looooove lots of cardio exercise. I want to return to Cycle 1 at the end of this cycle, but I'm worried I won't be able to do the intense 1hr workouts I've been doing. Should I ease off on the exercise and do it anyway, or perhaps return to Cycle 2, or even 3 until I lose more weight?
I feel like I will eventually shed some more weight, but I do worry that if I stay at this weight (185 lbs) I'll be stuck here even longer and it'll be harder to lose.
By the way, interval training is my new best friend.. run hard (or bike pedal fast) for 1 min, then do a 1 min recovery walk (or slow pedaling), and repeat. It's amazing how much I've learned about my abilities, and other exercise programs!

I wish I was like you and loved exercise! I haven't exercised this past month and I'm just getting back into an exercise routine as I will repeat cycle 1 soon (this weekend?...). If you love exercise, maybe repeat cycle 2, because the extra carbs will definitely help, and if you saw results in cycle 2, then that's even better. I had no results when I did cycle 3!
