like you, i am trying to be as healthy as i can. to get at a healthy weight and to maintain that weight when i get there. i want to eat the things that are good for me and resist the things that are not. why do the things that taste so good have to be so bad for me?

back to work and back on schedule. i skipped my snack today and didnt really notice but i was hungry by lunchtime. i had a huge salad and put 1/2 an avocodo on it rather than the olive oil dressing. it was really good! i heat up v8 low sodium in the microwave and it's like having soup. i really like it. it is cheap, easy, tasty and low cal. good way to get more...
