Hey everybody. February is Heart Month and for all of us 17 day dieters out there I propose a friendly challenge. Put your heart to work this month - like any muscle it will thank you for it. My personal goal this month is to go to the gym and do at least 30 min of cardio at least 15 days this month. I'm hoping to go everyday or at least do some form of Cardio everyday but I have learned in the past that realistic goals are the way to go.
