Hi, I am a 35 year old mother of a 2 year old. I had my daughter back in october 2010 and gain over 100 lbs. sents then. I have tried weight watcher, over the counter drugs i would lose weight and gain it back. I have become very depressed and thought about ending my life. I just don't know what to do. I thought about the gastic bypass but I have health insurance though my employer and it will not cover it. and I have no money to pay out of pocket.  I need help

Start small.  Substitude to green tea from coffee, or use vegetable oil instead of butter when you cook, or order tea or juice rather than soda when you dine out.  Plus, stay away from pills especially when you can consume vitamins naturally:

carrot and red pepper for vitamin A

green & red peppers and banana for vitamin B6

kiwi, orange, strawberry, peppers (red, yellow, green, orange),  brocolli, cauliflower for vitamin C

spinach, brocolli, avocado, kiwi, papaya, and passion fruit for vitamin E

The list goes on and on.  At last, detox your body.  There are few ways to do it:

I.  1 cup of drinking water and put 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar.  Stir and serve (you'll taste vinegar a little bit as you drink).  Do this daily and brush your teeth right after words to clean out the acid.

II.  If you don't like apple cider vinegar, try with 1/8 squeezed lemon into drinking water.  Stir and serve.  You can infuse the drinking water with sliced lemons too.  Do this daily and brush your teeth right after words to clean out the acid.

III.  If you don't like those two methods, try these two recipes:

1 apple, 1/2 cucumber, and 4 mint leaves: juice them blend them.  Stir and serve.

1 baby red cabbage and 1/4 head iceberg lettuce: juice or blend them together and serve.

By making small changes like these, you will see and feel the difference.  I know at least one of them will work.

Oh yeah, try to minimize the salt consumption.  Try to use different spices.  A salt sounds like assault.  Doesn't it?

Hi!  I am a 37 year old mom of 2 busy boys ages 6 and 8.  There are several places to start, don't get discouraged.  You can do this!  The first step is to get active...even if it is only for 10 minutes a day.  Start by walking outside or on a treadmill inside.  Next, I agree that you need to detox.  I highly recommend a product called "Greens."  You just put a teaspoonful of the powder in 8 ounces of water or OJ a day.  It has 6-8 servings of fruit and veggies from raw and organic sources, super antioxidents and superfoods, a probiotic, and it alkanlizes and detoxifies the body.  It give you so much energy!  You will feel so much better.  It does not have any caffeine or stimulent herbals etc.  It is totally amazing!  You will loose weight because it helps to curb your cravings and you have more energy to be active.  I have some more easy ideas and I love to chat.

I hope you read this message. First thing, please, please, please get help for your depression. I am very concerned about your state of mind.

There are less expensive alternatives that are doctor monitored. I was on the Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) and lost 65 pounds. I gained some back, but I am losing it now. You eat bars and drink shakes. You have blood tests every other week and visit a doctor weekly. My blood pressure is stabilized, my knees feel better, and I am mobile again.

If your insurance won't cover this, I suggest three actions. Statistically, if you do the first two things you will succeed.

1) Log every bite you eat, everyday. Gum and bites off your daughter's plate count. There are free computer programs and phone apps to help you.

2) Exercise enough to burn 1400 calories weekly. Over 90% of people kept weight off if they exercised at this level.

3) Kiss that 2 year old and remember what is really important. When they are little sometimes it is hard, but take a few minutes to enjoy this time with your daughter. It seems like my youngest was 2 years old just yesterday, but now he is 11. It went fast.

I was overweight too and last year I lost over 50 piunds on the Pink method diet,it is awesome and the support is amazing.Cynthia Pasquella  (author)really cares about everyone.I have met so many wonderful women through online sites and facebook pages through the Pink method,please check it out.Once you lose weight and start exercising you will feel amazing, I am 50 and I do P90X,and I started running.Look it up online,it will change yoyr life,it did mine.

if you disapline your self you can do this  get two dvds of jullian michials  depenneds on  where your body fat is deppends on the videos  you can do it just follow her instructions  i have a yhree year old and he just cheers for me
