On Oct 21, they did a show on embarrassing questions. One had to do with stinky feet and how to get rid of the smell. Their solution was to soak your feet in black tea. Just boil 2 tea bags for 15 minutes and pour into a container that is big enough for your feet, add some cold water and soak for 30 minutes.
I started making my 14-year-old football-playing son do this because he was not allowed to take his shoes off in the family room because it would clear out the room. After about a week of soaking his feet as directed, I took a whiff after he got home from school.
NO STINK!! Although they did not smell like roses, his feet had no real smell to them. He is also using the other suggestions given in the show, like making sure he dries his feet completely after showering.
We are now going down to about 2 - 3 times a week soaking his feet and hopefully we can go to just once a week.
