Don't be embarrassed.  I don't even blame them.  They lack the nutritional education and professional development (which I feel should include health, nutrition, latest scientific/nutritional research).  It's on a whole other systemic level.  It's like corporations...they end up taking on a life of their own, only thinking about profit$ over people.  The sad thing is that medicine was never meant to be like a corporation :(

Yes, bloodletting, letting out all vital nutrients and iron that could help the person fight off illness.  Who thought of that?  Instead, you had Leonardo da Vinci and Nostradamus helping plague sufferers.  How did they save people and not die themselves?  Rosehips...Vitamin C.

The information on your blog is accurate.  It's a sad state in medicine when people have to learn the truth through their own research than from doctors who are supposed to be the defenders of health.  I am embarrasssed by my professional colleagues.  It's kind of like back in the days of bleeding.  They just won't let go of bad medicine because that's where the money is.  Keep up you research and live healthfully.

Oh my goodness!  Just one more post then I'll leave you alone!  I was just on your site and came across Acidity.  I have written blogs here on this site about this!  My 1st blog was because The Doctors did a segment on this and BLEW IT!  The intro started with flashing images, scary music, and someone saying This is a dangerous fad, and a woman's voiceover saying I had to go to the ER twice!  I thought they were going to discuss extreme water fasting by the sound of it.  Then cut to studio, the Doctors saying, We're talking about the alkaline diet.  I was FLOORED!  I was upset b/c I recently read about this in my library books and was slowly adopting more alkaline foods and less acid foods, my pain went from 7 to 8, to currently 5-6 (mainly tightness that a visit to my chiro can't fix)!  I felt better, skin improved, had more energy!  I couldn't believe their ignorance on this topic!  This is what I wrote:

Just subscribed to your newsletter Seven Pillars of Health!  I like learning about the things you mentioned.  I also subsribe to Beyond Health newsletter by Raymond Francis.  You both have similar philosophies.  Conventional medicine doesn't heal and can actually harm in some cases.

Will check it out.  I know what you are saying about people being sick and tired of being sick and tired.  That was me.  Slowly over the past year and a half I've been making changes to my lifestyle, and that has been the biggest improvement, not Rxs, not doctor's visits, but making small changes myself.  And the chiropractor!  She can give me food and supplement advice without getting in trouble like a conventional MD!  Earlier this year, these books changed my life:  Never Be Sick Again and Never Fear Cancer Again by Ramond Francis.  Here's a link to his site: http://www.beyondhealthnews.com/wpnews/  You don't have to spend any money on his site, you can check these books out at the library, and any food or supplement he sells, you can buy somewhere else. 

It's a bad situation.  But don't expect conventional medicine to change it.  It will have to be changed by the people when they get sick and tired of being sick and tired.  Cancer can be cured.  Fibromyalgia can be cured.  Any musculoskeletal disorder can be cured (if they haven't already mucked things up with surgery).  People have to search for doctors like me that have the knowledge to help.  Lifestyle changes have to be made.  Check out my website for the answers to good health and healing from disease.

I totally agree with you.  They wouldn't make a profit if everyone got healthy.  Why do you think no doctor talks about nutrition or suggesting to patients to eat better?  It would have solved a lot of my problems quicker.  Instead, I had to educate myself and improve my own health!

They want pple to stay sick, but what the govt doesnt get is that the pple who are sick, most probably don't have health insurance.  So it doesn't benefit anyone.

There is an agenda in this country against pain management.  Innocent doctors are going to prison and innocent, hurting people are suffering, going bankrupt paying exorbitant doctors fees, or killing themselves because of untreated pain.  And the causes of the pain can usually be fixed, but our government, insurance companies, doctors, and the pharmaceutical industry don't want people healed.  They want people to stay sick.  So they attack doctors such as myself that can heal.  Well, they've picked the wrong person.  I won't go down without a fight.  I think that's why God picked me for this battle.  Goliath, watch out.  David has arrived.
