Three days in to stage two and I am still at 10 lbs loss. Slow down is not the word for it more like abrupt halt :(. Bummer I was enjoying the results. I am still sticking to the menu and have not cheeted, I intend on steping up the fitness routine and hope that will blow me out of this 10 lb deadlock . I feel your pain...I am 5 days into cycle 2 and have been stuck at 12 lbs. I did cheat twice by eating bread while out to dinner and I didn't exercise at all during cycle 1 so I think I am to blame. The past few days I have been doing the elipitcal for about 20 minutes and I have a feeling I will see the scale move SLIGHTLY lower tomorrow. Oh, and the monthly visitor didn't help at all either!!! Good luck to you and I think the additional exercise will help.
I know what you mean. I have just put in 3days also of cycle 2 and have no weight loss since I weighed Saturday morning. I have not cheated and only added 1/2 cup of oatmeal day 1 and 3 as well as 1/2 cup rice both of those days before 2pm. stayed with poultry and fish as I prefer those but did have a piece of steak today. I can understand if I didn't have much to lose but I did have a total of about 100. I did lose 14lbs. cycle 1. I am not discouraged but I did expect to lose a little by now on this cycle. Oh well keep plugging away. We can do this!
