Is Eating the Cure for Stress?
Many of us have turned to comfort food to make us feel better, only to find that it also helped put additional weight on the scale. But what if the comfort food actually took numbers off the scale? Sound too good to be true? A plethora of healthy foods have been proven to lower stress levels and keep the weight off!
