I wrote a former blog about blueberries and weight loss, where having blueberries everyday for 2 or 3 months helped lower abdominal belly fat. Well, I tried it. Blueberries EVERY DAY for 2 months, both fresh or frozen. I found that it's result were the OPPOSITE !!! I did NOT lose any weight having them everyday. So after the 2 months I stopped them and I started to lose belly fat (slowly but it is happening) then. I am NOT saying blueberries are not good for you and that you shouldn't have them. Just that the weight loss experiment doesn't work, at least with me.
