Hello everyone as you know, I am 23 years old and 167 cm and am 63 kilograms and has tried to play down and eating meals, and eat chocolate, but my weight came down one kilo Can you imagine suffering?? I have a question how the singer Jared Leto loss of 27 kilograms of weight??? anybody can know how can i lose even just 8 kg tell me ?? memo12
