hi there Michelle here.. i am about ot start with the 17 day diet , I have decided after 3 kids and weighing over 3 stones heavier that its about time to shed the weight..Like all the other comments that you have probably read.. yes i am exactly the same i have embarked on several diets lost a few pounds then "Hey" its all back on again... sticking on those damn hips and them thighs....Is there anyone out here that has lost over 2 stones doing this diet and have you any tips ,, however small or large they may be. Please, please let me know. For all of us here who are not stick thin on diets or beginning diets GOOD LUCK to us all.

I just wanted you to know that I just started the 17day diet today as well. So for so good. Did'nt have any cravens all day for anything. I think the green tea helps to curb my appetite. I plan to exercise about 5 times a week for at least 45mns to 1hr. I too went on other diets and lost hardly anything. I plan to stick with this one because it's just basic food. Nothing fancy. I want to loose about 50lbs by July. I'm hooking up with my x-husband for a family reunion and I want to look good. Lol.. will keep you inform as to how I do after the first 17days. Scorpio15
hi there scorpio 15 ..i am so glad you informed me...i hope we both do well and you sound pretty set and determined. of which is a good combination.. All the very best in the next 2 weeks+ and i too will let you know if i am still hanging in there by the 17th day..
Ok girl..I'm determined to loose this weight. I have never been over weight so it has been challenging trying to find something that is going to work for me. Due to health problems last year and the medication that I'm on I was gaining about 10lbs a month. So I blew up. But I'm hoping that this plan is going to work for me. Also good luck and hang in there.. Summer is right around the corner!
