Hi everyone. Yes it's that time again. Weigh in day. I lost 4.25lbs this week. So now I've lost almost 15lbs in 3 weeks & honestly I'm still not feeling it. My hunger pains are finally starting to go away, I only made it to the gym once this week. But that still pretty good with the weight I've lost. I wish I had a support system in place for me. Other than this trainer I'm working with. But thats a whole other subject. I'm glad I have here to come for some support. Thank you again for who ever reads this. It means everything to know I can come here. So wish me lucj for another good week. :-)
