Today is day 15 and I'm still going strong. I haven't been on the site for about a week, but I'm still in the game. I finally did the workout today and I made it through with much modification, but I made it. I will be weighing my first time since starting the 17 on Saturday which is my 17th day. I pray that my weight loss no matter the number is encouraging to me. Great expectations have been a major downfall of mine in the past. So, I have been trying not to think of numbers as my weigh in approaches. I'm feeling much better and am looking forward to this new life and lifestyle I am choosing. ;o)

I weighed myself at the doctors yesterday and found out my home scale weights 6 lbs heavier! Now I got myself pretty worked up over that until I remembered that my clothes are more comortable, I am Wii-ing everyday (there is no way I'm ready for the video), and I'm happier. I am focusing on 6 months. I know if I can just keep on striving sooner or later I will get there. Hope you are happy with your weigh-in results, I am happy for you sticking to the 17 days! Cheers!
