I had went to the hospital last week to see a ears, nose and throat doctor because my mom requested I get my nose looked it, anyway the doctor had given my this shot afterwards a steriod shot, along with this medication "Nasal spray" to use as a 30 day trial. I don't see the steriod shot as a problem but ever since then I had checked my weight and it reads between 84.4 and 84.6 but no changes in that now, and I have not been so hungry either..
but this 30 day trial is actually helping me sleep better instead of choking all the time in my sleep so I appreciate that :)

I am glad to hear that. Be careful. Steriods are not joke. They do bad thngs to me. You may e the lucky one and be good. TTYL *♥.¸♥.*´
Yes, I got a steroid shot in my ankle in the early 2000s. It helped for a while. But in my case, because it was my foot, resting my feet worked better in the long run.
But I recently read that too many are not good. Scar tissue/buildup can form from too many shots in one area. That's the bad thing that I read about them, don't know if they cause other problems like loss of appetite, etc.
