If anyone would like to help.. I have a health problem and I can't figure out what is going on with me.. I have no insurance and not that much cash to see someone. I have bee getting a tighens in my chest and shortness of breathe. I get sweaty and really hot.. It last about a hour and then quits.. It has happened to me twice in a week. So if you have any ideas please help. Thanks

I would go to any County E.R. and tell them your symptoms asap!
I agree with 1turkey1, you need to be seen asap. If you are truely concerned about the money issue then look for local churches that might have outreach clinics.
I had similar sympthoms last november. With me it was my gall bladder. The doctors said that this was unusual and a lot more dangerous than when people have the normal symptoms, because it can be easily missed. My gall bladder was beyond help, because it was full of cysts, rather than crystals. So, find a way to go to the emergency room, it's better to be in debt than have something worse happen.
