Two-week official weight loss: 9.5 lbs.!! I nearly got the 10 lbs. for two weeks I was hoping for. It's certainly more than I've ever lost on other weight loss plans. I'm really looking forward to adding some foods in a few days for Cycle 2. I'm ready for some variety, including oatmeal which I used to have 4-5 times a week for breakfast. Except this time I'll add fresh fruit and Truvia instead of dried fruit bits and brown sugar! ; )
