Got through Cycle 1 and today is the first day on Cycle 2...yeah! I am hoping Activate Cycle will shake things up since I've been at a plateau for the last 3 days, remaining at a total of 9.5 lbs. lost after 2 weeks on Cycle 1. I stuck to the plan 100% (really truly!). It was not hard to stick to the plan because I was having success and only had a plateau for a day at a time before dropping again. When I see pounds coming off, it's very motivating to stay with it and not feel deprived of all the foods I can't have.
Today is body measurement day (which I only do once a week), so I'm hoping I'll see a change with more inches lost. That would be very encouraging!
For breakfast on first day of Cycle 2, it's my favorite breakfast: McCann's Irish steel-cut oatmeal - yippee! I've missed it since it was my usual breakfast prior to Cycle 1. This morning it will be topped with Truvia and blueberries...yum!
