After posting a message or picture, if it does not show up immediately, please try refreshing your browser instead of clicking the "Add" button again. This will prevent duplicate posts/photos. If you find that you have accidentally posted the same photo  multiple times you can remove the duplicates yourself by clicking the photo and choosing  DELETE in the menu above the extra photo.
