HOW TO PARTICIPATE.
To participate in Produce The Doctors, you must register on the site and submit your Show Concept and other materials as directed on the submission page (“Show Concept”).
HOW WILL THE VOTING WORK?
Once a Show Concept is submitted through the submission page, the Show Concept will be voted on by the registered members of The Doctors community. Each registered member will have the opportunity to vote on each Show Concept one time by clicking on the vote icon (only one vote per Show Concept). Each vote is worth ten (10) points and you can see the Show Concept’s score (number of points) beneath the vote icon.
WILL THE SHOW RESPOND TO EVERY SHOW CONCEPT POSTED?
While we are excited about hearing from our viewers and getting feedback on new and exciting ideas for the Show, we will not be able to respond to each submission simply due to the sheer volume of responses. We will keep you updated as to the voting results and the ultimate selection of the winning submission(s).
HOW WILL THE WINNING SHOW CONCEPT(S) BE SELECTED?
The Show Concept(s) that receive(s) the highest number of votes (“Qualifying Submissions”) will be reviewed by the production team who will make the final determination of which of the highest ranking idea(s) will become a part of the show. The production team may select more than one Qualifying Submission to produce for broadcast. Show Concepts will be evaluated for relevancy, persuasiveness of submission, creativity, and suitability for broadcast.
The winning Show Concept(s) will be announced at the discretion of the production team after a review of the Qualifying Submissions. When an idea is selected, a member of The Doctors team will let you know by posting message in the In Production section of the Web site.
The production team shall have the sole discretion to determine when a selected Show Concept will be produced and when it will be broadcast. We may also give an on-air honorable mention of the Qualifying Submissions that were not selected for broadcast.
Once your idea has aired on the show, you can view it and share with your friends in the Watch Your Idea section.
CAN I ASK QUESTIONS OR MAKE COMMENTS ON SUBMISSIONS?
Yes, we love to hear from you! Registered users may ask questions or post their feedback in the “Comment” section in accordance with our TERMS OF USE .
IF MY SHOW CONCEPT IS SELECTED, WILL I GET CREDIT ON THE SHOW?
If your Show Concept is selected as a winner, we may give you credit on TheDoctorsTV.com and on-air. However, we will not be compensating users for their Show Concept if chosen.
