Asperger Syndrome

Asperger's is a topic that truly needs to be addressed. I wrote previously requesting it. As an Aspie wife of 31 years, I am finally throwing in the towel. This is a very under-served segment of the population, including the families. Google "cassandra affective disorder" for just a clue of what the families endure.

I have a 16 year old son who is an aspie. When we had our diagnosis we were relieved to know that there was actually an explanation for his differences and his difficulty having close friends and liking to be alone. Before his diagnosis, we didn't even know what Aspbergers was.
