I think it would be a wonderful segment to have Dr. Douglas N. Graham on your show. Dr. Graham is the Author of "The High Energy Recipe Guide Book", "Grain Damage", "80/10/10 Diet", and "Nutrition and Athletic Performance". He has helped thousands of people lose weight and gain health through his lectures and consultations. A lifelong athlete he has coached elite athletes from around the world. I have followed this program and it has personally changed my health for the better. Dr. Graham should be given the opportunity to share his knowledege about a high fruit, raw diet with the world. Please consider my submission and we will all benefit by hearing him speak. My name is Michael Torre.

People need to have this information. It may not be for everyone - although it should be. My chronic constipation is gone, the bags and dark circles under my eyes are gone, hypertension gone, ridges in nails gone...I could go on and on but most of all I have all the energy I need and my love for life is back (depression - yup - gone too!)

Dr. Graham has 25-30 years experience in helping people with health problems. In my opinion, he is the most suited Doctor on THE PLANET, to point people in the right direction and alleviate the untold suffering that exists for many. Simply put, he speaks the truth and he is a living example of what following his guidance can do for anyone who is willing to take responsibility for their own body. Tom Avery

I think that the vital information Dr Graham possesses is bound to both hit mainstream and affect the way we all think about food, very soon. Why not see to it that it is your show that gets the credit. I would personally see the show from now on, as it is more interesting to see clashing recommendations than a unison appraisal of allopathic medicine only. I would also recommend the show to all the people I was able to reach!

Would very much appreciate seeing a decent length segment on Dr. Doug Graham ! Dr. Douglas Graham promotes a very comprehensive philosophy of health which any Doctor, patient or human being should hear. Simple, elegant and concise, it removes much modern-day confusion, and makes attaining a superior state of health a question of degree - the degree to which one adopts certain health principles rather than resolving isolated debates about whether or not "this or that" is "good or bad". I agree it's about time he was featured on a mainstream media show and feel he would definitely be a valuable guest on The Doctors. I'm actually shocked he hasn't yet been on other mainstream shows. The Doctors could be the first ;-) What I'd find most intriguing is the dialogue, comments/questions and his response, between him and the 4 current hosts of the show. Hopefully he wouldn't be asked to demonstrate a "raw-food recipe" or anything trivial of the sort, all too often the way mainstream programs feature such a topic, but rather asked challenging, in-depth questions about the benefits and validity of the eating habits, philosophy and healthy lifestyle he teaches and endorses. I would absolutely watch this episode and tell all I know about it, if done in a serious and comprehensive manner.

I'm Not an athlete and my life has changed as a result of having Dr. Doug's information. So many programs already show us what happens at one extreme of the spectrum; poor food, health and life style choices and also some amazing results when people tweek their choices. It would be awesome to see a program that demonstrates the polar opposite end of the spectrum; making scientifically sound, well-informed, healthy choices.

It's just crazy how much I've gained since I began following the 80/10/10 program. I went from a vegan macrobiotic diet - i.e already eating really healthy - and STILL got to a level of health that I just couldn't imagine before (I did feel healthy and amazing before, and strongly believed that I couldn't go any further). I lost 10 pounds of water weight in the first week, which made my running performance as an already thin athlete skyrocket. Waiting another week, I realized that I had lost another 6 pounds (after which it stopped at a total of 16 pounds). What's the most amazing is that I've CURED my pain predominant IBS, which had been with me for my entire life, even as a vegan (though it was better). My severe acne (cysts/nodules) that has been troubling me for 4 years has also cleared up, which according to many dermatologists, including my own, doesn't have any connection with ones diet! Along with losing weight, and curing these problems that "cannot be cured", I now have: * More than twice the physical energy than what I had before, allowing me to exercise more often without having to walk around exhausted. * More than twice the mental energy than what I had before, which is a blessing for me as a student. I also actually don't have to sleep as much! * I find it easier to focus and to remember things. * I recover TWICE as fast after exercise, thus I can exercise two times a day! I've been running 15 times per week and done some bodyweight exercises at home about 5 times per week (exercising the same muscle groups every time) during the last two months; I'm building strength and stamina like never before! It's also winter over here (i.e my inactive season), imagine what I can do during the warmer seasons! * My body odor is ALL gone! I haven't used soap for over two months, and have during this period experimented with not changing my clothes for over a week (note that I exercise every day). Nobody, including myself, complained of any body odor. * I feel physically and mentally stronger and lighter, I feel like I can do anything! * To my amazement, my senses have improved - especially my taste! Even the most bland lettuce leaf can taste interesting. * I can breath! My nose and mouth are both so clean and free of mucus that it feels like having had asthma before. * I haven't caught ANY, even tiny cold symptoms this winter. No runny nose, no coffing, no nothing! Having defeated the last, seemingly inescapable "disease", I now probably wont be ill during any time of the year - i.e no more! * I feel happier, more motivated, and find it easier to socialize with others (having been a shy introvert for all of my life). I smile all the time. * ... amongst many other things. Why make such a big thing out of this? Why try to reach out to people about 80/10/10? Well, if this is what I managed to reach going from a vegan macrobiotic diet consisting of whole grains, beans, fresh vegetables, seaweed, nuts and seeds; imagine what it can do for someone coming from a standard american diet! Imagine how this can change the world!
