FORMS AT THE HOSPITAL IE POA/DNR

Dear Mr. Jay Mc Graw,

Since you are an Attorney and The Exe Produc/Of this Great Show

Will you please do a segment on POWER OF ATTORNEY as well as DO NOT RESESITIATE. (and)

Please give us a general meaning what these forms actually medically mean to the person signing them.

I know laws vary from STATE to STATE and now the (Dr's TV show) is now even shown in VARIOUS Counties and I think this is and would be wonderful.

Who amoung any of us/laypersons has not been presented with these various forms and requested to sign without knowledge truly of the context of the said forms and had true knowledge of the POA/OR DNA/pr any other form prior to surgery expecially our Seniors and I think having pre knowledge or (kits) or even an (add on) to download here

from your site would be quite benefitial to your/our commuity here.

This will help all of us here and be such a help to all of us but expecially our most treasured, our senior citzens!
