Occipital Neuralgia and Migraines

A little background about myself. I have been diagnosed with migraines since I was 2 years old. I have had daily migraines for the last 15 years and I am only 28 years old. I was diagnosed with Occipital Neuralgia in the last 3 years. I like that you do shows on migraines but you only focus on tension and vascular migraines. I do not have an issue with either of those and am out of options except surgery. I have been on every medicine out there and the only one that helps any at all is DHE 45 injectable. It would be nice to get some ideas that help with dealing with migraines during pressure changes or weather changes. That seems to be a big trigger for myself and lots of people on one of the migraine blogs I belong to. Thanks.
