Relaxation Tips w/Dr. Phil & Jay McGraw et al

I think in one of Jay's books for teens that Jay shared that he took Martial Arts like Jillian Michaels has said too. Both Jay and his dad talk about equalizing breathing. Shallow breathing has been linked to panic, depression and anxiety. Exercise like walking can oxygenate brain and raise endorphin level yet, too, so can relaxation breathing exercises.
I really think that Dr. Phil should do a CD or DVD of his STRESS RELIEF and RELAXATION SCRIPT in Appendix A on pages 285-286 of Dr. Phil's UWLS book. Sometimes a person can achieve more enhanced relaxation listening to someone, like Dr. Phil (or for teens Jay) calmly recite a relaxation script such as Dr. Phil's.
Perhaps, there could be ocean or beach music in the background and periodically, Dr. Phil recite his "Stress Relief and Relaxation Script." Maybe too in beginning Dr. Phil could say some of his witty sayings since laughter is one of the best medicines too.
