Hey Jussharron, have you tried yoga? I does wonders for cellulite, mine was bad and nearly gone now. You must go at least 3-4 times per week though. No acidic foods like carbonated drinks, no coffee or black tea - drink just water. Avoid white sugar, white flour - no pasta, bread and processed fast foods. Alternatives are brown rice, couscous, quinoa... Fruit smoothies, soups and salads :) Good luck
