Gynecomastia

Is there anyway possible that you can address the issue of gynecomastia in men. I consider myself an attractive male but i avoid pool parties and beach activities because i'm self conscious about taking off my shirt. Please, Please, Please help me get some clarity on this issue. i feel like i'm the only man out here with "puffy nipples".
